Last year Creative Consequences was engaged by the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society (NSBS) to create a new approach to regulation. The new approach is “entity regulation.”
Creative Consequences has written four papers on developing an entity regulation regime for the NSBS.
Currently we are working on an implementation phase. These papers, referred to as “Consultant’s Reports” can be found on the NSBS’s website at http://nsbs.org/nsbs-reports
The NSBS’s website also provides comprehensive general information about entity regulation. See http://nsbs.org/entity-regulation
Creative Consequences is currently conversing with other jurisdictions about developing entity regulation.
